The Fulton Police Department offers an Advanced Management Techniques Seminar for rental property owners, managers, and property support staff to help keep their properties safe and reduce crime.
These free seminars consist of several topics including applicant screening, leases, evictions, drug identification, meth labs, crime prevention, and explaining the role of police on your property. The goal of the seminar is crime prevention in rental housing, which translates into a better community for all to live and work in.
There are often concerns and confusion surrounding landlord/tenant issues that officers must respond to and this seminar can help to better explain the role of law enforcement and how property managers can prevent issues from occurring and help safeguard their properties from crime.
